Quarterly complaints resolved by energy suppliers by end of next day GB 2021-2024
In the first half of 2024, E.ON had the highest share of resolved complaints within one work day among of the largest energy suppliers in Great Britain. This value increased from a low of 54 percent at the end of 2021 to 74 percent in 2024. By comparison, Scottish Power and British Gas were able to resolve less than 60 percent of complaints within one work day in the period under consideration.
